• In case you don’t have a PAN card, type “Month of ID creation@SAP Code”.

14. Enter the 6-digit OTP and click on the ‘Submit OTP’ button.

    

15. Now, type in the new password in the New password and Confirm password sections. Then, click on Submit.

    

16. The screen will show you a message, as shown in the image below; you have to close it. Now, wait for 10 minutes.

    

17. Your password is reset, and you can successfully log in now.
